Orders & Returns

We accept returns on any qualifying product within 14 days of the delivery date to be refunded back to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at hello@cotebeauty.com within 14 days.Please note that we monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to those who abuse the policy. Items eligible for return must be unused and in the original packaging. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover shipping, handling and restocking. Sets are not eligible for returns. Any items purchased with promotional pricing are final sale. Please note we are unable to apply a promotional code retroactively.

To contact Customer Service, please email hello@cotebeauty.com. Customer Service is available 10am - 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. We do our best to get back to you within 24 hours, however that is not guaranteed.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on cotebeauty.com, viewing Orders and selecting the link to the corresponding order number. 

Once orders have been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. For further assistance, please email us at hello@cotebeauty.com

We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, AfterPay and all major debit and credit cards.

No, you may only use one discount or promotional value per order.

  • Côte Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location and to track their package using the provided tracking information.
  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Côte Beauty will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in providing any necessary documentation or information required for the carrier's investigation.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about lost or stolen packages, please contact our customer service team for assistance at hello@cotebeauty.com

Shipping

Domestic ground economy shipping is $12 for orders below $74.99, and free for orders $75 and higher. Expedited shipping is available for $18.

Canadian Flat Rate Shipping is available for $25 CAD, for orders below $99.99 (DDP still due). Free Shipping is unlocked for orders over $100 CAD (DDP still due). Expedited shipping to Canada is not available at this time.

We ship to the US and Canada at this time.

In most cases, orders will ship via DHL Ground Economy unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

Yes. All of Côte Beauty’s products are, and always will be, vegan.

Yes. All of Côte Beauty’s products are gluten free..

Absolutely. Some of our products use essential oils for fragrance, while others use synthetic fragrances. Synthetic fragrances offer a safe and more consistent alternative to essential oils. All of our synthetic fragrance ingredients are tested, proven to be clean and safe, and never include parabens or phthalates.

All Côte Beauty products are formulated and manufactured in the United States. Some packaging components and raw materials are globally sourced.

Our plastic packaging is made with 50% PCR (post consumer recycled) materials and can be recycled. Our paper packaging is made of a mix of recycled materials and materials from FSC certified forests (Forest Stewardship Council) and can be recycled.

Remove pump from bottle. Pump out any remaining product and rinse thoroughly. Rinse the inside of the container with warm water to remove any product*. Dispose of each packaging component into your recycling bin or drop off at your local recycling center. 

*Nail polish bottles should not be rinsed out, as the polish itself can be upcycled into paint. Please recycle nail polish with cap and liquid intact.

Occasionally, harder-to-recycle items, like pumps and nail polish bottles, are not accepted by local recycling facilities. If this is your case, please ship these items to us and as a PACT Collective member we’ll handle the recycling for you:

While our products are made with the cleanest methods and ingredients possible, it is always recommended that you consult your physician before using any products while pregnant.

Subscriptions

  • Save 15% on all subscription order items ( including sets)! Early access to promotions and new product launches! Never run out of your essentials!

  • When you sign up for a Côte Beauty subscription, you will receive 15% off your item(s). You can subscribe to as many or as few products as you'd like, including sets. You also have the flexibility to set your subscription schedule.

Select "Subscribe and Save" before adding the item to your cart. You will be prompted to set your subscription schedule.

Promotional discounts are not eligible for subscription orders as the discount is already built into the price.

You can always modify your subscription at any time. Just log into your account on cotebeauty.com and select subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to modify, then you can pick your preferred shipping cadence, skip an upcoming order, select a new shipping date, add or remove a product on your existing subscription, change the shipping address, or update your payment information.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time you are free to do so. Just log into your account on cotebeauty.com.
