Shipping confirmation

When placing your order, please double check that your shipping address is correct. Once your order has been successfully placed, we are unable to make adjustments. You will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and Order Details.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders can take 1-2 business days for processing before being shipped.

US Shipments: We currently ship to US domestic addresses as well as the non-contiguous US (HI and AK).

International Shipments: We currently ship to Canada.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic ground economy shipping is $12 for orders below $74.99, and free for orders $75 and higher. Expedited shipping is available for $18.

Canadian Flat Rate Shipping is available for $25 CAD, for orders below $99.99 (DDP still due). Free Shipping is unlocked for orders over $100 CAD (DDP still due). Expedited shipping to Canada is not available at this time.

Returns

Our customers’ satisfaction is a top priority for us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, most products ordered on cotebeauty.com are eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt with a $10 restocking fee. Products eligible for returns must be unused and in their original carton packaging. We do not accept returns of used items. Sets and all nail products are final sale and not eligible for returns. Any items purchased with promotional pricing are final sale. Please note we are unable to apply a promotional code retroactively.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. The $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your original total.

what is a restocking fee?

This fee ensures that we are able to process the returned products back into our inventory and includes the cost of shipping and handling involved with receiving your returned item(s).

Once the returned eligible item has been delivered to our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your credit issuer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Côte Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location and to track their package using the provided tracking information.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Côte Beauty will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in providing any necessary documentation or information required for the carrier's investigation.
